HYDRAULIC PRESS BRAKE
The operation manual with machine is main technical document which guide operator how to operate and maintain machine. Please keep it carefully, Operator must read and understands its meanings carefully and then operate machine.
It has enough strength and rigidity due to its steel plate welding structure. Serious overloading caused by the change of plate thickness or the improper choose of dies can be overcome due to hydraulic drive system.
It has the distinguishing features which is not only more stability and more reliability and more convenient for operation but also has spot, single and continuous stroke. The upper-die has been equipped with a compensation mechanism in order to get a higher bend precision. It can bend plate into different type worker (refer to picture 2) with different die. It can also be used as a punching machine if it equipped with relevant equipments.
The different lower die should be selected when bending different thickness plate. And the system pressure must be adjusted adopt to plate bending pressure form.
